Capital Analyst

Bupa is seeking a Capital Analyst to join the Finance team at King Edward VII's Hospital in London. This role involves managing the full capital expenditure lifecycle, from approvals and governance to depreciation and reporting, supporting investment decisions for facilities, technology, and patient services.

• Manage the Capital Expenditure Request (CER) process
• Prepare capital expenditure summaries and reporting
• Lead monthly and year-end capital accounting activities
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and manage depreciation
• Produce monthly CAPEX reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support investment planning through financial analysis
