Operations Consultant

Bank of America is seeking an Operations Consultant to resolve complex problems and execute transactions within Global Credit Operations. This role involves advising on the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services, and directing project teams. The position requires a strong understanding of financial services, syndicated lending, and LoanIQ experience.

• Advise on design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services
• Advise on projects and direct activities of a team
• Serve as a technical expert in assigned area
• Consult on present-state and develop future-state approaches
• Identify and recommend responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projects
• Minimum 2 years financial services experience
