Patient Care Technician - PCT

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at Fresenius Medical Care, you will be an integral part of the dialysis healthcare team, providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your responsibilities will include operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, performing essential pre- and post-treatment procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Operate and maintain hemodialysis machines
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment
• Perform vascular access cannulation and care
• Educate patients on dialysis procedures and disease process
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
• Accurate documentation of patient treatment and vital signs
