Consultant

This consulting role focuses on developing and testing strategies for UK direct real estate funds. You will analyze existing funds, identify opportunities for new strategies, and assess market appetite through client and consultant engagement. The role involves building business cases, developing go-to-market plans, and potentially recruiting new team members.

• Review UK/Europe/Global funds and strategies
• Develop new fund strategies with a focus on UK direct
• Assess trading, valuation, structuring, and servicing processes
• Analyze distribution and consultant models
• Build decks for testing UK market appetite
• Meet with CIOs and consultants to confirm addressable market
