Managing Consultant - Business Operations and Strategy

• Conduct research and analysis of organizational structures and business processes
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions
• Develop presentations, reports, and briefing documents for senior review
• Analyze workforce and operational data to inform recommendations
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities
• Deliver high-quality client deliverables within established deadlines
