Join CIBC's Global Investment Banking team in Toronto as an Associate, where you will support corporate, government, and institutional clients with innovative financial solutions. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of transactions, including M&A, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory, while building key relationships across the firm and with external stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Support M&A, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory projects
Conduct deal-related due diligence and prepare client presentations
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal/external partners
Utilize strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling skills
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, and FactSet
