Join BMO's U.S. Diversified Corporate & Leveraged Banking group as an Analyst in New York City. You will support deal teams in underwriting, credit approval, and portfolio management of private equity-backed syndicated loans and direct lending.
What we are looking for
5- Analyze financial and operating data for trends
- Involved in transaction screening, due diligence, and credit approval
- Assess BMO's hold appetite in syndicated and direct transactions
- Prepare credit analysis and monitor borrower financial statements
- Create LBO Models and conduct risk/return analysis
