Employee Benefits Financial Analyst

As an Employee Benefits Financial Analyst, you will support financial consultants by preparing crucial reports, projections, and managing project requests. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to build and adjust financial templates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for the employee benefits department.

• Prepare and track monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting
• Gather and manage carrier portal information
• Develop and maintain Excel templates for financial analysis
• Track and vet project submissions for accuracy
• Communicate data needs to the Benefit Consultant team
• Bachelor's degree in Math or Finance preferred
