Assistant Manager, Advisory

As an Assistant Manager, Advisory, you will provide expert consultation in Facility Management (FM) and Project Management (PM) to clients. You will support account teams during transitions and collaborate with sales to develop and present solutions for client challenges, including cost and schedule management.

• Provide FM and PM consultation services to clients
• Support account teams during transitions and resource gaps
• Collaborate with sales to develop and present client proposals
• Manage small projects and oversee larger ones with third-party vendors
• Conduct due diligence and benchmarking studies for FM projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
