Financial Analyst

Join Luminegrp as a Financial Analyst, playing a key role in our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. You will act as a Finance Business Partner to a Line of Business, driving financial operations, strategic planning, and performance enhancement. This role is ideal for an adaptable and business-minded individual eager to influence change and foster growth in a dynamic environment.

• Partner with LOB leadership to develop business plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Ensure financial integrity, accuracy, and compliance with IFRS and company policies
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability, and cash flow
• Manage monthly/quarterly financial reporting, including revenue recognition and sales commissions
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business performance
• Qualified accountant with experience in project and software accounting
