Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Manage financial planning and analysis for assigned departments, ensuring fiscal integrity and identifying cost-saving opportunities. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in West Chester, PA, several days per month and involves supporting strategic decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Support assigned department projects for fiscal integrity, financial analysis, modeling, and advisory services
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency
• Steward of monthly forecast and annual budget process
• Support implementation of automated budgeting and planning application
• Produce ad hoc department performance reports and analytics
• Provide guidance for financial analysts
