Consulting Director, Senior Industry Advisor (Casual, Part Time)

ERM is seeking a part-time Consulting Director, Senior Industry Advisor to join our growing Mergers & Acquisitions - Infrastructure team. You will deliver a range of projects, provide Transaction Advisory Services to clients including financial institutions and infrastructure operators, and support client development. This role involves technical due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and project financing deals within the infrastructure sector.

• Deliver technical due diligence for infrastructure M&A transactions
• Provide Transaction Advisory Services to financial institutions and corporate clients
• Support client development and identify new business opportunities
• Lead complex consulting projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Minimum 8+ years of technical consulting or engineering experience in energy/infrastructure
• Strong technical skills in asset integrity, operational performance, and business plans
