• Deliver across workforce transformation, organizational design, HR transformation, talent, and rewards
• Perform hands-on analysis and modeling from data to insight
• Build AI-enabled delivery assets, methods, and training materials
• Receive structured learning and daily coaching from senior colleagues
• Gain early client exposure and own project modules
• Work on joint engagements with Oliver Wyman colleagues
