About this role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Asset Services - Client Finance team. In this role, you will analyze and control the financial performance of managed properties, monitor budgets and forecasts, and prepare financial reports for clients and property owners. You will collaborate closely with property owners, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial oversight and contribute to financial planning processes.

- Analyze financial performance of managed properties, focusing on revenue, costs, and NOI
- Monitor budget execution and forecast accuracy, identifying and explaining variances
- Reconcile and verify operating, marketing, and utility costs
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for clients and property owners
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial plan analysis
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in commercial real estate
