Strategy & Operations Consultant

Advocate Health is seeking a Strategy & Operations Consultant to join their Enterprise Consulting Group. This hybrid role involves managing projects, applying performance improvement methodologies, and analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a preference for a Master's degree and healthcare consulting experience.

• Manage small to moderately complex projects
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Industrial Engineering methodologies
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop actionable recommendations for leadership
• Develop project work plans and performance metrics
• Utilize process improvement and project management methodologies
