• Analyze company information and conduct industry research for client transactions
• Support financial analysis and business development within an industry or product coverage group
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising initiatives
• Participate in an intensive training program on Investment Banking fundamentals
• Penultimate year of Bachelor's or Master's degree required (graduating Dec 2026 - June 2027)
