Investment Banking Analyst - Nashville - Intrepid (Full-Time 2027)

Intrepid, the middle-market advisory arm of MUFG, is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst for its Nashville office to join deal teams. You will support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory services by conducting research, analyzing due diligence, developing financial models, and preparing client materials.

• Perform client-specific and industry research
• Analyze due diligence processes and materials
• Develop valuation analyses and financial models
• Prepare information packages and pitchbooks
• Compile prospective acquirer lists
• Assist senior bankers in firm building activities
