Investment & Corporate Banking - Consumer & Retail, Analyst

Join Mizuho Americas' Investment Banking team as an Analyst in our Consumer & Retail group. You will play a key role in originating, structuring, and executing a variety of transactions, including M&A and capital markets financings. This role offers broad exposure to client relationships and strategic deal development within a global banking division.

• Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials for client transactions
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for M&A and financing deals
• Assist in structuring and executing capital markets and leveraged finance transactions
• Support client relationship management and idea generation
