Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support their Automotive & Membership lines of business. This role involves financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, with a focus on driving business performance and supporting finance transformation efforts. The position also includes mentoring team members and presenting findings to senior leadership.

• Provide financial planning & analysis support for Automotive & Membership lines of business
• Develop reporting, business models, and analysis for the Financial Leadership Team
• Oversee and mentor team members
• Analyze financial data, identify variances, and recommend actions
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership
• Support finance transformation efforts
