Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Ryan is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their dynamic team. This role involves analyzing financial forecasts, budgets, and operating plans, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with management and business partners to drive financial performance and support key company initiatives.

• Analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Provide financial consulting and strategic support
• Develop financial models and conduct ad-hoc analysis
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 2-3 years of FP&A experience
