About this role
Join U.S. Bank's Global Fund Services team in Dublin as an Investor Services Analyst. You will process investor transactions, manage shareholder registers, and serve as a key contact for clients and investors, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic environment.
What we are looking for
6- Process subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers
- Apply Net Asset Value to investor capital activity
- Respond to investor and client queries via email and phone
- Maintain shareholder registers and act as transfer agent
- Provide excellent client service and maintain strong relationships
- Adhere to processing procedures and controls
