Investment Banking, Vice President/Associate, Consumer & Retail

BTIG is seeking an experienced Vice President or Associate to join our Consumer & Retail Investment Banking team in New York. You will play a key role in executing M&A, debt and equity offerings, and advisory services, supporting senior bankers and clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with growth companies within an entrepreneurial platform while maintaining rigorous analytical standards.

• Support M&A, debt and equity offerings, and advisory transactions
• Prepare offering memoranda, valuations, and financial models
• Conduct industry research and due diligence
• Interact with corporate clients, private equity, and venture capital firms
• Supervise and mentor junior bankers
• At least 4 years of investment banking experience
