About this role

As a Strategy & Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will support client engagements focused on transformation and process improvement. You will analyze data, develop recommendations, and create client deliverables to drive organizational change. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced consulting environment.

What we are looking for 6

Support consulting engagements in strategy, transformation, and change management
Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Develop client deliverables including reports, presentations, and process documentation
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a client-facing role
Requires ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in consulting or related field

Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
