Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst within the FP&A team, you will act as a Finance Business Partner for a Line of Business, driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, risk management, and process optimization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Partner with business leaders to drive performance through KPIs and strategic planning
• Ensure financial integrity, accuracy, and compliance with IFRS and company policies
• Manage monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and budget processes
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability, and cash flow
• Experience in software industry accounting, project accounting, or M&A is a plus
