Director, Investment Banking

As a Director of Investment Banking at CIBC, you will provide advanced financial modeling and analysis for financing mandates, execute mergers and acquisitions, and conduct due diligence. You will leverage your expertise to generate financing ideas, develop client relationships, and create business plans to maximize client opportunities, with a focus on the clean tech sector.
