Corporate Development Associate

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join our Corporate Finance Team in New York. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in venture investing through HRT Ventures and contribute to the firm's strategic finance initiatives. You will analyze business opportunities, refine processes, and interact with external parties, making a significant impact across the firm.

• Support investment rounds, deal structuring, and negotiation
• Monitor and support portfolio companies, tracking KPIs
• Conduct market research and develop sector expertise
• Manage deal pipeline and build relationships with founders and investors
• Perform due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
• Contribute to strategic finance analysis and capital modeling
