Consultant - Employee Benefits

As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and representing their needs internally. You will lead projects, manage open enrollment, and build strong relationships with clients and carriers to drive new business and ensure profitability. This role involves analyzing data, developing communication strategies, and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional service.

• Lead client projects and manage deadlines
• Develop employee communications and oversee open enrollment
• Manage carrier/vendor relationships and RFP processes
• Analyze claims, utilization, and benchmarking data
• Create client presentations and reports
• Minimum 7 years' account management in insurance (Accident & Health)
