This role is responsible for defining and executing growth strategies, overseeing new business development, client retention, and driving revenue and market position.

Lead Treasury Management Consulting team and identify process improvement opportunities
Define and execute Commercial Card growth strategy across CIB and Specialized Industries
Lead sales, account management, and sales support professionals to drive acquisition and retention
Represent the company with key clients, consultants, and industry influencers
Drive modernization of sales processes and client engagement models
Develop and retain top-performing leaders and foster a culture of excellence
