About this role
Baird is seeking MBA candidates for a Summer 2027 Investment Banking Associate Internship in Chicago. This 10-week program offers hands-on deal experience, working closely with senior bankers and clients on M&A and public equity offerings. Interns will develop key financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills in a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.
What we are looking for
6- Provide execution support for public equity offerings, M&A, and financial advisory
- Lead preparation of company valuations, financial models, and client presentations
- Conduct industry research and analysis
- Work closely with senior bankers and client senior management
- Gain broad exposure to transactions across various industries
- 1st Year MBA candidates graduating in winter 2027 or spring 2028
