Manager, Strategy, Global Markets

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Strategy for its Global Markets organization. This role involves identifying and solving significant commercial opportunities and challenges across over 200 markets. You will analyze information, formulate hypotheses, develop recommendations, and present findings to leadership, collaborating with diverse teams globally.

• Develop Global Markets execution framework against enterprise strategy
• Identify key strategic priorities across Global Markets
• Lead key projects such as go-to-market strategy and segment strategy
• Structure ambiguous problems and derive insights using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Communicate complex ideas simply to diverse audiences, including senior leaders
• 5+ years of corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting experience
