Associate, Investment Banking - Financial Institutions Group

Join TD Securities as an Associate in our Financial Institutions Group, where you will provide critical support in structuring, marketing, and executing investment banking transactions. This role offers the opportunity to perform complex financial analysis, M&A modeling, and client presentation preparation, working closely with senior bankers on a deal team.

• Provide structure, marketing, and execution support for investment banking deals
• Conduct financial analysis, company valuation, and M&A modeling
• Prepare client proposals, internal memos, and presentations
• Assist with client negotiations and transaction documentation
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Mathematics, or Economics
• 3+ years of relevant investment banking experience
