Analyst, Corporate Banking

As a Corporate Banking Analyst, you will support the financing of large public and private companies through syndicated loans. You will collaborate with portfolio managers and client relationship managers on complex transactions, credit analysis, financial modeling, and documentation. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and internal/external partners to develop tailored financial solutions.

• Support financing portfolio management for large public and private companies
• Prepare analyses and documentation for internal governing bodies
• Analyze and monitor borrower financial performance and risks
• Participate in due diligence and risk assessment for transactions
• Contribute to preparing transaction memos and client presentations
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on financing deals
