Associate Manager, Consulting

Red Hat is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead a team of technical delivery associates in North America. This role focuses on cultivating talent, empowering team members, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. You will be responsible for associate development, team enablement, customer project preparation, and driving strategic initiatives.

• Lead a team of technical delivery associates, focusing on people management and career development
• Facilitate onboarding and create custom enablement plans for team members
• Collaborate with Resource Management Office for talent placement and utilization
• Drive performance and career advancement through coaching and feedback
• Partner with project managers for customer project coordination and delivery
• Lead interviewing and mentorship to build high-performing teams
