Senior Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting (Operations)

Abbott is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Neuromodulation Operations in Plano, TX. This role focuses on cost accounting, manufacturing finance, and financial reporting, providing critical insights into operational performance and cost drivers. You will partner with cross-functional teams, support month-end close, forecasting, and prepare leadership reports.

• Own cost accounting activities including standard costing and inventory valuation
• Analyze and explain manufacturing variances and operational drivers
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to monitor and improve cost performance
• Support month-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop financial models for cost improvements and capital investments
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies
