• Lead critical enterprise programs spanning multiple workstreams
• Act as a strategic partner within the Business Transformation Office
• Define and drive strategy for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Leverage data and reporting tools like Power BI for decision-making
• Influence without authority and manage change adoption efforts
