Strategic Finance Lead

Peak Energy is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to build out its new strategic finance function. This high-autonomy role involves modeling commercial deals, structuring financing for manufacturing scale-up, and supporting fundraising efforts. You will work directly with executive leadership and the board, partnering closely with the Senior Finance Manager.

• Model potential commercial deals and pricing
• Structure financing for S&OP and working capital plans
• Support fundraising, capital structuring, and investor communications
• Partner with Commercial on customer pricing strategy and contract structuring
• Build financial models for strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• Support VP of Finance and CEO in preparing materials for equity and debt raises
