About this role

ERM is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant in Mumbai to support M&A transactions by delivering EHS/ESG due diligence. You will assess risks and identify value-creation opportunities for clients, including private equity firms and corporations, influencing investment decisions and shaping sustainable investment strategies in the Asia Pacific region.

Deliver EHS/ESG due diligence for M&A, divestitures, and project finance
Assess ESG/EHS risks and value-creation levers for investors
Translate findings into commercially relevant insights for investment decisions
Conduct on-site and desktop-based assessments
Develop sustainability-related value creation plans post-acquisition
More than 10 years of consulting experience required
