Accenture is seeking experienced Senior Managers for its Talent & Organisation practice in Sydney. You will lead large-scale transformation programs, build client relationships, and drive growth by advising on change management, HR transformation, and workforce strategy.

• Lead enterprise-wide change strategies for complex transformation programs
• Advise senior executives on change leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Shape and deliver HR transformation strategies and HR technology-enabled transformation
