What we are looking for

Prepare and execute weekly/monthly data loads to financial dashboard
Prepare Land bank takedowns and update monthly Cash Requirement
Prepare profit participations and residual calculations
Conduct monthly reconciliations of capital assets and depreciation schedules
Support development and upload of division's business plan
Oversee monthly chargeback allocation process
