As a Senior Consultant in Capital Markets Transformation, you will drive significant changes in trading processes and platform modernization for our clients. You will analyze and optimize the end-to-end trade lifecycle, design future-proof operating models, and bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful transformations from concept to go-live within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What we are looking for 6
- Lead capital markets transformation and implementation projects
- Optimize end-to-end trade lifecycle processes (Trading, Operations, Collateral, Clearing, Settlement)
- Develop target operating models and translate business requirements into solutions
- Support trading platform implementation and development (e.g., Murex, Calypso)
- Connect business objectives with IT execution
- Several years of relevant experience in investment banking, capital markets, or financial services consulting
