Management Consulting Manager - Finance

Accenture is seeking an experienced Finance Strategy and Consulting Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives for major Swedish organizations. This role involves designing finance operating models, transforming finance platforms, implementing AI and automation, and driving business development within the finance practice.

• Lead finance operating model design and shared service center establishment
• Manage ERP and finance application modernization programs
• Design and implement AI and automation in finance operations
• Drive enterprise performance management and connected planning
• Originate and lead proposals, build client relationships at CFO level
• Contribute to shaping the Swedish Finance practice and developing junior colleagues
