Inizio Ignite is seeking a Director for its STEM organization to drive business development and manage client relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. This role involves designing and delivering tailored solutions to accelerate client business performance, leading project teams, and providing strategic guidance to clients in areas like sales force execution and customer engagement.

• Drive business development and win new clients
• Manage strategic client relationships and serve as primary point of contact
• Design and deliver high-value client projects
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech sales and marketing
