• Collaborate with clients to solve complex problems like regulatory reforms
• Define and manage organizational change across process, technology, and structure
• Manage transformation projects from legacy to target systems
• Assess current processes and implement best industry practices
• Support data governance, optimization, and business decision-making
• Develop collateral, refine methodologies, and support proposals
