Senior Associate, Portfolio Operations (Private Markets)

HarbourVest is seeking a Senior Associate for Portfolio Operations in Private Markets to support their global firm. This hybrid role involves daily portfolio management, operational execution, data management, and oversight of external fund administrators. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and drive process improvements.

• Support private markets teams in portfolio management and operational execution
• Manage daily IBOR reconciliation and resolve reconciliation breaks
• Coordinate trade capture and data reconciliations with external fund administrators
• Research data exceptions and enhance IBOR capabilities
• Oversee third-party administrator relationships
• Partner with internal teams to enhance data reporting and automation
