• Support M&A transactions including analysis, due diligence, and execution
• Build, review, and own financial models and business valuations
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables like information memoranda and presentations

• Support transaction execution and manage data rooms
• Work closely with senior leaders to deliver commercially sound advice
