Financial Analyst

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, seeks a Financial Analyst to ensure expense accuracy and deliver precise financial analysis and reporting. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing invoices, supporting vendor management, and conducting reconciliations to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

• Analyze incoming invoices for accuracy and correct cost assignment
• Provide financial insights and documentation to stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to approve invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of capital assets and depreciation
• Prepare and execute monthly data loads to the financial dashboard
