Sr Financial Planning Analyst

This Senior Financial Planning Analyst role provides essential financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support informed business decisions. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive business initiatives and enhance financial visibility, requiring strong analytical skills and business acumen.

• Lead SG&A and CAPEX planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Perform financial analysis for cost control and variance reporting
• Support Gross Margin planning and analysis for profitable growth
• Collaborate with divisions to improve financial reporting
• Produce actionable reports and analysis for management
• Requires 3-5 years of FP&A experience and business-level Japanese/English skills
