Senior M&A Consultant

Mercer is seeking an experienced Senior M&A Consultant to join their HR M&A Advisory Services team. This hybrid role, based in New York City or Chicago, involves managing the full deal lifecycle for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures for corporate and private equity clients. You will lead workstreams, mentor junior team members, and deliver human capital M&A strategies.

• Lead due diligence and transaction execution across deal types
• Drive project management and cross-workstream coordination
• Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact and workstream lead
• Develop workforce analytics and financial models
• Support organizational design and culture assessment workstreams
