Senior Financial Analyst

Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Daytona Beach, FL. In this role, you will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and driving operational initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to optimize performance through insightful data analysis and metric development.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Conduct data analytics and optimize business metrics
• Partner with Profit Center Leaders to enhance financial analysis
• Prepare financial review materials and ad hoc analysis
• Mentor and train junior financial analysts
• 5+ years of experience in an analyst role
