2027 Truist Securities - Investment Banking Analyst Program (Full-Time)

Truist Securities is hiring for their Investment Banking Analyst Program, a full-time, two-year rotational program designed to train recent graduates for careers in corporate and investment banking. Analysts will receive extensive classroom instruction followed by hands-on experience in financial modeling, client presentations, industry research, and supporting merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions.

• Up to seven weeks of classroom instruction in capital markets, finance, and modeling
• Support senior investment banking professionals on real deals
• Create and analyze financial models
• Develop client presentations and conduct industry research
• Key member of M&A and capital raising transaction teams
• Two-year program with potential for extension
